Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to assist you in navigating life's complexities and fostering positive change. With DBT, I offer a compassionate and effective approach to managing emotions, building interpersonal skills, and developing mindfulness techniques. Together, we'll work on enhancing your emotional regulation, navigating challenging situations, and cultivating a greater sense of self-awareness. I currently do not offer full DBT services, but can use individual therapy tools to decrease symptoms.
