About Me
Caroline dos Santos Puelles, LMHC
Hello and welcome! I’m Caroline, a dedicated therapist passionate about supporting women and the LGBTQ+ community. My therapeutic work is rooted in honoring each person’s unique story—whether that means navigating life transitions, managing high-functioning anxiety, addressing body image concerns, or finding balance in family dynamics. I also have a deep commitment to perinatal mental health and am pursuing advanced training in this area, with special knowledge of PCOS, fertility challenges, pregnancy, and postpartum adjustment.
As an eclectic therapist, I believe healing is never one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always tailored to your needs. Sessions often integrate mindfulness, reflection, and even a bit of humor—because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy to be meaningful.
My goal is to provide an affirming, compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward independence, confidence, and contentment. Whether you’re exploring identity, working through anxiety or depression, or seeking perinatal or postpartum support, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
